What else would expect the man to do?
This is pretty much Bill's schtick - "either you come on my show or I call you a coward and make up stuff about you that only people who can't think for themselves will believe."
I'm sure somewhere in America there's a 75+ year-old couple, sharing their second can of Ensure, who will agree with just about anything Bill O'Reilly says. But, let's make one thing clear - when O'Reilly, or Hannity, Cavuto, Hume, or Ingraham, or even Gibson call you a coward for not coming on Fox"News", it's just part of their "game" they play.
It's parlor-tricks - distractions meant to keep the audience away from the real issues.
Here's something interesting to note. Even if someone that Bill disagrees with - with every ounce of his undulating soul - he's still going to trash talk them. His loyal followers have to be insane in order to believe him. He's done it recently to Chris Dodd and Scott McClellan. And what makes you think that he'll actually give a good interview. I mean, did you see his interview with Hillary Clinton?
