Wish I could find the start of this phone conversation, but it's clear that this woman is describing what happened literally moments before the quake hit - the resounding call of birds.

Anyone that says animals are not attuned to the happenings in nature, that they have no connection to the world around them, simply doesn't understand nature.

Via a recommended diary at DailyKos, we find more McCain/Palin supporters doing what they do best - be willfully ignorant drones.



And yet, we continually hear people like Malkin, Limbaugh, O'Reilly, and Hannity shout "race-baiting" when discussing why this happens.

Just sad.
