As If You Needed More Proof

Over the years, much has been made of Fox”News” and their blatant, Right-Wing, bias.

Fox has, for many years, made more of the fact that they are “fair and balanced” and have no bias – often times forgoing actual reporting and attempting to defend their laughable tag-line.

A more recent example of Fox not only parroting Right-Wing talking-points, but repeating them verbatum, Jon Scott had this say about the Economic Stimulus Package:

The Senate is expected to pass the $838 billion stimulus plan -- its version of it, anyway. We thought we'd take a look back at the bill, how it was born, and how it grew, and grew, and grew

More from Media Matters

While Fox, and their on-air personalities, will argue the point that they are "fair" or "balanaced, or both, they will simply ignore that something like this happened by redirecting the issue toward another news organization, like MSNBC.

From this bloggers perspective, there are many MSNBC personalities that have never hid which side they are for. People like Keith Olbermann operate shows that are a mixture of commentary, satire, and hard news. The flip-side are people like O'Reilly and Hannity that make no distinction between commentary and hard news.
