Of Shields And Examples

I'll make this one quick, as this is something that not many people are addressing.

When conservatives attack Democrats for providing examples of how the insurance industry is gamed AGAINST people and how the consequences of no reformation are disastrous to human life, what is their rationalization for acting this way?

Conservatives love to talk about the "sanctity of human life", of how a baby is a blessing and they deserve a "right to life". Is that right somehow invalidated literally moments after birth? Does the "right to life" have an expiration date?

Ultimately, conservatives can't stand to have reality shown to them, as they prefer to exist within the realm of the abstract, the absurd, the willfully ignorant.
