This clip reminds me of all the talk amongst conservatives and Fox"News" personalities about how "activist" judges are horrible for the country. But since the conservatives within the SCOTUS have used activism to removed centuries of precedent in regards to elections and corporate speech, conservatives AND their media masters at Fox"News" are wishing they could be more "activist"
The hypocrisy doesn't get any more clear-cut than this.
