The self-styled, neo-patriotism of the conservative movement ( you know, support the troops "there" so you don't have to support them "here" ) is something to marvel at. From Limbaugh's "phony soldiers" remarks to the continuing bile hurled at Markos Moulitsas - an Iraq war vet, the conservative Right shouldn't be shocked at all at what Bill Maher has to say, because it's true.
