The question now is this - who would waste money putting this up?
The Glenn Becks of the world will likely claim that this is some form of hoax perpetrated by several of the "czars" in the Obama administration and that the money used to buy the ad-space was from the stimulus package.
On the other hand, the Hannity's and Limbaugh's of the world will likely state that this is the first in a viral form of marketing by the "tea-parties" in order to garner support for "the cause".
I, on the other hand, think that some wingnut with too much money thought he/she would be clever by snagging an image from the internet that has been circulating for some time and just give it a new venue.
And, to answer the question posited - No, the majority of American don't miss you at all.
