This is not going to be your daddy’s Christian Coalition. It has to be younger, hipper, less strident, more inclusive and it has to harness the 21st century that will enable us to win in the future… Even though I’ve been doing other things, this is kind of like Steve Jobs returning to Apple.
Younger - as in indoctrinating kids in schools. Hipper - as in wearing pants without pleats. Less strident - as in trying their best to not sound like the blithering, hypocritical, racially ignorant buffoons they are. And more inclusive - as in claiming they know gay people.
You ever wonder why these "uber-Christians" aren't exactly "Christ-like"? It's because they aren't.
