She's So Excitable

Michelle Malkin, in a piece about some guy that she apparently thinks speaks for the entire Liberal/Progressive movement ( anyone read Vanity Fair contributor James Wolcott? ) ends with this statement:

...the unofficial estimate of yesterday’s nationwide turnout has now surpassed 240,000.

And here’s another estimate based on newspaper accounts: At least 250,000.

That's right, 0.19230769% of those that voted in the last election. Way to put up those numbers.

Come to think of it, there were lots of kids their with their parents, so now I don't even know what to think. Still, 250,000 voters and non-voters for multple events all over the coutnry is nothing to get overly dramatic about, Michelle. If Fox"News" can't pull together their base any better than that, then it seems their cazy new "they're out to get us" strategy is't working out so well.

So let's have some perspective.

Yesterday's "we-promise-this-is-nonpartisan-and-we're-sure-their-are-some-black-people-here" tea-party in St. Louis:

  2. I think you mean 0.19%, not 0.0019%.

So, you want to leave a comment? Well, I moderate all my comments but don't edit or delete any. So, be warned that if you leave an ignorant or just plain idiotic comment you will be taken to the town-square where all can freely throw flaming, rotten tomatoes at you. Carry-on then.
