Frist, he essentially calls Limbaugh irrelavent and gets a verbal beat-down from the "boss". Then, in a shining example of a Republican lacking any sort of backbone, he crawls over to Rush and offers all the supplication he can.
Now comes Steele's thoughts on abortion:

And when asked if he thought that women had the right to "choose" abortion?
Yeah. I mean, again, I think that's an individual choice.
