After seeing the original clip and then watching Fox"News" personality Martha MacCallum "apologize", I was reminded of something my mother used to say to me as a kid:
Are you really sorry, or are you just sorry that you got caught?

Just another crystal-clear example that Fox is so eager to make a blisteringly partisan point that they will lie to their audience.
