It's probably the greatest right-wing tool they have - the anonymous citiation.
It has a variety of variations. Most of the time you'll likely hear "some say" or "some people say". O'Reilly LOVES to use this. The upside of it is, he never has to prove it. He'll deflect, project, infer, transpose, and even cajole in order to keep from tell what his anonymous source is.
