McCain seems to have raised the ante by posting these tweets this evening.
For those of you that don't know, or have more to do with your lives than listen to pathetic ditherings from lunatic-fringe people like Laura Ingraham, here's an update:
And you wonder why her Fox show got cancelled?
It's nice to see that the Right have essentially devolved into "your ugly and your mom dresses you funny" responses.
But Ingraham is nothing more than a rank amatuer amongst the more "learned" prattle-heads that she so hopes to immulate.
So what was Meghan's response?

Meghan, you have this golden opportunity, and that's all you can come up with.
Oh, well.
Truth-be-told, Meghan McCain is rather attractive......
Perhaps Laura seems threatened. Maybe not. Who knows.
That being said, who's up for a steel-cage, hot-oil wrestling match between the two?
