Yes, There Are Racists Republicans

Living in a relatively small town in Western Kentucky ( which is still bigger than Wasilla, Alaska ) I have come to expect to hear racial slurs and stupidity coming from people that I live around.

And it's up in the North Country as well.

Found this diary by Dave The Wave on Daily Kos this morning. It's a very good example of how the Republican voters are scrapping the bottom of the barrel in the last 24 hours before the election:

I live in Waunakee, Wisconsin. It's a small town of about 8500 people. Pretty m,uch a 50/50 town as far as Democrat-Republic registration. I woke up early this morning to find some slimy rat had left a message for me on my doorstep. This is how Republicans react to their impending defeat. Abraham Lincoln is rolling in his grave. It's motivating the shit out of me!

While most racially-tinged rhetoric coming from the Republican party isn't quite as blatant and disgusting as this, it's still just as pathetic.
