The plot to the movie is pretty straight-forward:
Coming together to solve a series of murders in New York City are a DEA agent (Wahlberg) whose family was slain as part of a conspiracy and an assassin (Kunis) out to avenge her sister's death. The duo will be hunted by the police, the mob, and a ruthless corporation.
Look to see quite a bit of Matrix influence, as 'bullet-time' is a prominent feature in the game.

Game-to-film adaptations don't really go over that well. Though one of my guilty pleasures is the Resident Evil Trilogy. Well, that might just be a Mila Jovovich thing, but that's another story for another day.
