Global Underground, for me at least, is synonymous with great DJs and mind-expanding music that is second-to-none. Well, I wouldn't classify Paul Oakenfold as great, but his NYC disc was alright.
For 28 releases on the "main label" and countless others in subsequent series that followed, GU has broadened the range in which DJs and electronic music are seen.
