Here's part II in my end of the decade series about all the things I think made the last 10 years worthwhile.

In the catagory of greatest films of the decade, the winners are:

Donnie Darko

O Brother Where Art Thou

Memento

Mulholland Drive

Lost In Translation

Almost Famous

Sideways

Le Pacte De Loups

The Wrestler

Hedwig And The Angry Inch

  1. replace Almost Famous with There Will Be Blood and i'd say that's a mighty good list.

  2. Great List - Donnie Darko is the most memorable movie I have ever seen. I makes me feel like a smart person cause I find something great to enjoy in it everytime I see it. I avoided it a long time because of its 'cult status' but was blown away the first time and the second time I watched it in the same night. I have never done that with a movie before in my life...hell, there goes 'Head Over Heels' in my head again

Grechen - "Donnie Darko - that sounds like a superhero"

Donny - "How do you know I'm not"

freakin brilliant - in fact I am gonna repost my post about it just because you got me all hyped up again about it.

So, you want to leave a comment? Well, I moderate all my comments but don't edit or delete any. So, be warned that if you leave an ignorant or just plain idiotic comment you will be taken to the town-square where all can freely throw flaming, rotten tomatoes at you. Carry-on then.
